DASHBOARD WARNING LIGHTS

Every icon blinking on your car dashboard is telling you something you should be aware of and the level of importance or urgency depends on its color:

BLUE: Merely informative; means the feature is currently active.

GREEN: Just telling you the system is operating.

WHITE: Simply indicating the feature is engaged. 

YELLOW OR ORANGE: Warning: Not critical but the system needs to be checked soon.

RED: Danger: Critical failure.

Icons may vary from one brand to another, the car´s modernity, and if it is an electric, gas, hybrid, or diesel vehicle; You can find all of them in the owner´s Manual. However, here is a chart with the most common dashboard warning lights that will help you identify almost any problem:
