Here is the process of shipping your motorcycle, which we make really easy and stressless for you, step by step:

1. QUOTE: Get a free quote from our agents with the basic information (Specifics of the motorcycle, destination and origin, and type of transport).
2. BOOK: Complete a form with further information (personal data, billing address, pickup, and delivery locations, pick-up date, condition of the vehicle, etc.)
3. CONFIRM: We will send an E-mail confirming the above information, including all the terms of the transaction.
4. PICK UP: You will receive a phone call with anticipation, usually one business day before, notifying your vehicle´s pick up.

HOW MUCH FOR SHIPPING YOUR MOTORCYCLE

It depends on the kind of motorcycle (size and weight), distance, type of transport, places of origin and destination, and time of the year.

HOW IT WORKS

Your motorcycle will be loaded and unloaded with special ramps or lift gates; once inside the trailer, soft cinch tie-downs are used, front and rear, to secure the vehicle in place; these straps system, different than those used for cars, prevent any movement whatsoever, assuring stability at all times. Depending on the kind of trailer, there are also special skids or platforms to completely immobilize the bike.

PREPARING YOUR MOTORCYCLE FOR SHIPPING

• Clean your bike; this will help to visually assess its general condition
• Take duly note of any pre-existing scratches or damages
• Remove loose items, accessories, and personal effects; these articles are not covered
• Take good quality pictures from different angles of the motorcycle´s general condition prior to the pick-up
• Give the trailer driver written instructions of any mechanical issues or indications to handle the vehicle
• The owner or someone designated by him should be at the pick-up and delivery locations to sign the papers.
• Be sure to bring the vehicle´s documentation
• The steering should be unlocked, alarm systems disabled, and in “transport mode”.

• Always choose the enclosed transport option to move your motorcycle; your vehicle will be protected against dust, debris, and weather.
• Be sure that both pick-up and delivery locations are trailer accessible; if not, you will have to meet the transporter somewhere else. 
• It is important to provide accurate information about your motorcycle at the moment we quote, for there are, at least, six types of them (standard, cruisers, sportbikes, dirt bikes – for off-road competition-, choppers, scooters, among others) and shipping price depends on size and weight.
• Whenever possible, choose our Door-to-Door service, it is easier and more convenient for you; however, we can deliver your bike to any destination you need, be it a rally, a dealer, or your vacation place.
