- Prepare your vehicle: Wash the vehicle to verify preexisting damages, remove objects or things that might get lost or damaged; check the gas provision for ¼ – 1/8 tank; remove toll tags and automatic passes; remove external ornaments, retract antennas, and fold side-view mirrors; make a checklist of the vehicle´s condition: proper tires pressure, battery charge and check all fluids; make sure all necessary paperwork is in order.
- Picking up your vehicle: Prior to loading, any pre-existing damage, dent, scratches, or issues should be documented on the Bill of Lading, the official receipt containing the terms of the shipment, and signed by you and the driver in accordance with an initial inspection.
- Delivering your vehicle: The driver will contact you before delivering your vehicle. Upon arrival at its final destination, make a second inspection to make sure it is in the same condition and has the same mileage.
