The factory-standard weight of a vehicle is determined by its make and model and an extra 100 pounds is added to the estimated weight when shipping.; depending on its dimensions and weight, a proper carrier will be assigned to accommodate it; your vehicle will not be weighed prior to loading. The total weight of a carrier’s load is determined by adding up the estimated weights of each vehicle on the truck; if your vehicle is overweight and you do not declare it, the fines for surpassing weight limits will probably be passed on to you.
