DETERMINING THE FINAL PRICE

To calculate an accurate shipping quote, you will be asked to provide exact information on the vehicle, your shipping needs, and any special requirements; these will determine the final price. The information required includes:

• The Vehicle: Specify if it is a sedan, SUV, pickup, or oversized. Larger/longer vehicles will cost more than smaller ones as they need more space on the trailer. Low ground clearance and modified vehicles will rise the shipping cost. 
• The Condition: An inoperable vehicle or a modified car will cost significantly more as they require more time and special equipment to be loaded and unloaded onto the carrier
• The Distance: Long trips are more expensive than a short distance shipping
• The time frame: If you are flexible on your shipping dates, you will probably be able to get a good rate. Off-season booking can save lots of money. Otherwise, you can always opt for our Expedite (Premium) service, a little more expensive but totally worth it.
• The pickup and drop off locations: Urban locations between major cities are more affordable than rural locations and therefore the cost will be lower.
• The delivery service: Door-to-door is more expensive as your vehicle is delivered to your driveway. Terminal-to-terminal shipping is cheaper but a little more complicated, as you´ll have to pick up and drop off your car at a centralized location.
• The transport type: Open transport is the most common, safe, available, and affordable; Enclosed transport represents a higher cost but at the same time, a higher protection for your vehicle.

HOW LONG IS A QUOTE VALID

Once the final price has been settled, it will remain firm and unchanged for a period of 1-2 weeks. Changing any of the above-mentioned information will affect the price.
